⭐ Light mechs (not complex mechs)

⭐ Vehicles (if they are the main subject of the drawing then no. If background element, then maybe)

⭐ Gore (depends on the extremity)

Can't/Won't Draw

⭐ Realism or hyper realism (I do have a semi-realism style, but this is distinct)

⭐ Toddlers/babies (unless from existing media)

⭐ More than moderately complicated mechs

⭐ Things that go against my morals (no homophobia, transphobia, racism, general targeted hate towards a group of people)

General Rules

⭐1. Half payment is required upfront.

⭐2. You must be 18 or older to order from me.

⭐3. Keep in touch while I work on your commission. I will send you regular updates as I work on your commission.

⭐4. All of my prices are subject to change. However, our initial agreement will be honored should prices increase.

⭐5. I reserve the right to decline any commission.

⭐6. Agreements CAN be re-negotiated after a piece is finished, if you wish to add more work onto your commissioned artwork.

⭐7. Before I send you the final piece, I will send you a watermarked version of it as proof that your commission is complete. Before sending you the full file, you will need to send me the remaining 50% of payment. Afterwards, I will send you the fully rendered image.

⭐8. Please read the Terms of Service below before commissioning me.

Refund policy:

⭐Before the first WIP, I can offer a 100% refund if you change your mind.

⭐Once a sketch has been started, I can refund 50% of your pre-payment.

⭐Once three separate WIP updates have been provided, refunds for your pre-payment are not allowed.

Chargebacks:

⭐Chargebacks will not be tolerated. If you file an unwarranted chargeback, you agree to surrender the rights to ANY image you have ever purchased from me until the chargeback gets resolved.

Terms of Service

By purchasing any artwork from me, you agree to all of the following terms:

-You are purchasing the rights to own and use a digital file.

-You will not claim yourself or anyone else other than me as the creator of your artwork.

-Any watermark of your finished commission is not to be covered, removed, or otherwise tampered with in a way that makes it less visible.

-You will not put this artwork, or any of my other artworks, into an ai generator or dataset.

Your use:

-Any artwork bought for non-commercial use will only be used for your personal use. You will not use this artwork for monetary gain (see commercial use info below).

-You may post your commissioned artwork to other sites with proper credit to myself as the artist.

-Unless discussed beforehand or explicitly allowed, neither you nor anyone else aside from myself can use my art to trace over or use parts of it to create a unique piece differing from the one sold to you.

Free art: All of the above use applies, minus the requirement of payment.

My use:

-I reserve the right to post this artwork to any of my social media profiles, my website, and as use in my portfolio (terms can be negotiated for commercial use), with proper credit.

-I will NOT sell this artwork or any part of it to anyone other than you, the person commissioning me.

COMMERCIAL USE:

-Any artwork that you purchase from me from which you plan to use for monetary gain, I will need to be notified before your commission is started.

-Any prices and fees listed on my website are DOUBLED for commercial use images. Other agreements can be made but by MINIMUM price for commercial use is twice my regular rate.
